Physical Examinations/Alternate Year Card
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice.
Physical examinations after April 1, 2022 will be valid for the 2022-2023 school year. An alternate year card will be used for the 2023-2024 school year. Physical examinations before April 1, 2022 will be valid for the 2021-2022 school year. An alternate year card will need to be submitted before participating in athletics in the 2022-2023 school year.
Links will be sent to student emails starting July 6, 2022. These links are good for 90 days.
All 7th, 9th, 11th grade students participating in a sport will need to have an impact baseline test. Anyone who did not test from the previous year will need to take the impact baseline test. All 6th graders who are participating in Cross Country, Wrestling, Golf, or Track need to have a baseline test. IMPACT TESTING needs to be completed before practice begins.
Cost for Athletics
- $35 per sport, $105 student maximum, $150 family maximum
- Pay by check to CFC School District or Cash
- Free and Reduced students will have no cost.
